This is a static portfolio site with no analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts, and no user accounts. The only personal data the site handles is what you voluntarily send through the contact form or email.

## Contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a form-processing service, which forwards the message to Miguel's email. The form includes a hidden honeypot field to reduce spam. Your message is used only to reply to you.

## Email

If you email miguel@rankupgames.com directly, your address and message are handled by Miguel's email provider and are used only to respond to you.

## Hosting and CDN security features

The site is delivered through static hosting behind a content delivery network. Like most CDNs, it may use short-lived technical cookies and request logs for security features such as bot mitigation. These are operated by the hosting providers under their own privacy policies; this site does not use them to track you.

## AI crawlers

The robots.txt file explicitly allows search engines and named AI retrieval and model-improvement crawlers to read this public portfolio. There is no personalized data involved in those requests.

## Data removal

You can browse the entire site without submitting any personal data. To ask a question about this policy or request deletion of a message you sent, email miguel@rankupgames.com.
